Stephen Trosty, JD, MPH, ARM, CPHRM, is director of risk management and continuing medical education for American Physicians Assurance Corporation. Trosty has presented at national conferences on the subject of cultural competency and risk management in health care and has lectured on the topic for two large health care systems.
