Product Description

Living wills, durable power of attorney, organ donation, mental health declaration, and do not resuscitate orders are all a part of advance directives. This program will discuss The Joint Commission, CMS Hospital Conditions of Participation, case law discussion, organization position statements on DNR (do not resuscitate) and other federal laws on advance directives.
