Sue Dill Calloway, R.N., M.S.N, J.D. Sue Dill Calloway is a nurse attorney, a medical legal consultant and is the past Director of Hospital Patient Safety for The Doctors Company. She has done many educational programs for nurses, physicians, and other health care providers, and has authored over 100 books and numerous articles. She wrote the book Joint Commission Leadership Standards in 2009, and a book in 2013 for AHC Media, LLC (Thompson Media Group), Cracking the Code: Understanding the CMS Hospital CoP Standards on Anesthesia. She is a frequent speaker and is well known across the country in the area of healthcare law, risk management, and patient safety. Sue received her AD degree in Nursing from Ohio State and COTC. Her BSN in Nursing, BA, MSN in Nursing (summa cum laude) and Juris Doctorate (with honors) or Law Degrees are from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
