Product Description

The Emergency Department is the patient’s primary route of entry to many hospitals today.  Patients enter the acute care system via a visit to the hospital’s ED.  Without case managing this area of the hospital, patients may be admitted inappropriately or to the wrong level of care.  Patients who might have benefited from home care and could have left the ED get admitted.
