Garry Carneal, JD, MA is a leading expert in healthcare. He has researched, written, and published extensively on quality, medical management, and regulatory trends. Mr. Carneal now serves as President & CEO of Schooner Healthcare Services, LLC, which he co-founded in the summer of 2007 with several healthcare industry leaders. Among a number of volunteer efforts, Mr. Carneal is a Board member of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP), and serves on several committees for the Case Management Society of America (CMSA). Mr. Carneal received his college degree from Washington & Lee University; a Master's degree from Yale University; and a law degree from the University of Virginia, JD.

Dr. Joel Brill is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and has practiced for over two decades in California and Arizona. As the Chief Medical Officer of Predictive Health, LLC and Action Healthcare Management Services, Inc., he has assisted payor organizations, employers, physician groups and specialty societies develop and implement medical management programs to improve patient care. He has worked extensively with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the American Medical Association (AMA) on coverage and reimbursement issues. Dr. Brill received his AB in Biology from UCLA and his Doctor of Medicine from The Chicago Medical School.
Kathy Craig, MS, RN, CCM, is the President of Craig Research Continuum, which is engaged in developing case management process, performance, and outcomes metrics such as case acuity, acuity-based dosage, caseload stratification, and interrater reliability. She serves on the Professional Case Management Editorial Board, National Case Management Network of Canada board, and Case Management Society of America Education Committee.
