Garry Carneal, JD, MA is a leading expert in healthcare. He has researched, written, and published extensively on quality, medical management, and regulatory trends. Mr. Carneal now serves as President & CEO of Schooner Healthcare Services, LLC, which he co-founded in the summer of 2007 with several healthcare industry leaders. Among a number of volunteer efforts, Mr. Carneal is a Board member of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP), and serves on several committees for the Case Management Society of America (CMSA). Mr. Carneal received his college degree from Washington & Lee University; a Master's degree from Yale University; and a law degree from the University of Virginia, JD.

Cheri Lattimer, RN, BSN, is the Executive Director of CMSA and President and CEO of CMI, an association and conference management company. She is the Project Director for the National Transitions of Care Coalition and participates on advisory panels for the Society of Hospital Medicine. Ms. Lattimer sits of the URAC Board and is a member of DMAA and ACHE. She is a frequent lecturer on topics such as management of chronic and high risk conditions, the role of case management, medication adherence, medical and behavioral care management programs, information systems, transitions of care, and performance and outcome studies.
Claire Levitt serves as both president of Alicare Medical Management (AMM) and as executive vice president of Amalgamated Life. Ms. Levitt has led the expansion of AMM into a multi-faceted health care call center with four URAC accredited lines of business and extensive product offerings. She also continues to serve concurrently as a executive vice president at Amalgamated Life, where her responsibilities include oversight of the Pennsylvania Service Center, managed care product development, corporate strategic planning and oversight of the companys customer service initiatives. Ms. Levitt graduated from Binghamton University and holds a Masters of Science in health services management from New York University.
Michael Gomes is the Executive Vice President of Market Operations and is responsible for BenefitMall’s sales and marketing organization, the national management of its Carrier partnerships, customer support and service and all new business operations. A veteran of the insurance industry, Michael brings to BenefitMall more than 30 years of experience in planning, developing and executing national sales and operation initiatives. Mr. Gomes graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. degree in economics, and earned a Masters degree in quantitative analysis and econometrics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
